Shipping : Cairo & Giza Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days. You will receive confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Exchanges : To request an exchange, please contact our customer care team.

Once your request is confirmed, we will begin processing immediately.

Exchange requests are completed within up to 5 working days.

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and returned with the original tag attached.
